COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course reviews the duties of spotters at landfills, C&D Sites and Transfer Stations. Topics include: types of landfills, regulations and management of waste. This course is from 8:00am-12:00pm and is on the same day as the 8-hour Spotter course.
Course is approved through June 2026
Course Objectives
At the completion of the training the student should be able to:

State the duties of spotters at landfills, C&D sites and Transfer stations

Know types of landfills and basic regulations regarding solid waste in Florida.

Participant must be present for entire class time to receive CEU and Certificate of Attendance
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This course is designed as a review course for spotters and operators. Persons attending should have already completed an 8-hour Initial Spotter course.
